Meet Shane

Shane Walker is the Founder and President of Qube Masters. He grew up on a farm in Weiser, Idaho. He is the 9th of 12 children. His dad was a teacher and his mom ran their large household. Money was scarce. The only time the family went out to eat was to get a free hamburger and cutie ice cream cone at McDonalds at report card time. Imagine a family of 14 bringing in 10 report cards for free hamburgers at McDonalds… 🤪

Shane began working at age 8, hoeing beets and changing sprinklers to help support the family. He remembers his dad making work fun by taking a midafternoon dip in the river. While they worked, his dad would often say, “Isn’t this fun?” This taught Shane to enjoy working and to do his very, very best in everything he does.

Shane has applied this approach to life in everything he does. He graduated with a master’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University. In his Junior year in college, he partnered with a couple of his friends to build Elite Sales, which became one of the largest door-to-door pest control sales companies in America.

After college, Shane started Walker Financial and has been a leader in the financial space. Shane has achieved top honors, including Million Dollar Round Table, a top producer with Guardian Life Insurance, and both Double Platinum and Top Income Earner with Team National.

Shane is an accomplished trainer and speaker. He’s taught audiences as large as 8,000, and has a track record of deeply engaging people.

Shane joined co-founder Ryan Clark to create Qube Money. As the Executive Vice President, Shane’s dream is to help millions of people across the globe rise above living paycheck-to-paycheck, eliminate debt permanently, and feel empowered to experience more abundance, more joy, and more peace with money.

A dynamic duo whose goal is to help people live their best lives.

Meet Taylor

Taylor is the VP of Qube Masters. He's a dad of two boys, husband, teacher, professor, and a complete money nerd. If he's not lusting over the latest Apple gadget, you'll find him "running the numbers" or researching the death out of something to make sure he's getting the best product at the best deal. Seriously, he may have an addiction 🤦‍♂️.

Taylor began working at 15 bussing tables at a local pizza joint. He did everything from scraping crud out of tiles to prepping salads (not in that order of course). While indeed not his favorite job, it was most definitely his most important, since one of his first customers was a cute blonde named Brittany and over fifteen years later, they are still together 😜.

Growing up, Taylor came from an upper-middle-class family. His dad was an attorney, but he and his three siblings never lived an extravagant lifestyle. They drove used Hondas (like $5,000 Accords), and Subway was their idea of going out. At a young age, he learned that it's not about how much you make; it's about how much you spend, and that the best things in life often don't cost any money at all.

Taylor went to school to be an elementary school teacher because his passion in life had always been to teach. He soon found a way to put his other passion in life, technology, to good use and got a Masters degree in Educational Technology and a 6th year degree in Administration. He has worked with both Apple and Google and consulted districts around New England on online learning environments.

After marriage, he soon developed a 3rd passion: personal finance. Driven mostly from his low income as a teacher, he learned how to make the most out of every dollar. By assigning purpose to their money, he and Brittany saved over $100k in a little over 3 years on a single income, in order to put down over 50% on the home where they reside today in Connecticut with no debt.

Taylor loves budgeting. And his desire for an app that gave the user total control (after using YNAB, Mint, and Everydollar), is how he discovered Qube Money. He saw how powerful the app was and knew he had to be a part of it. So he joined forces with Shane and together they have created an online education platform with a goal to help millions of people across the globe rise above living paycheck-to-paycheck, eliminate debt permanently, and experience more abundance, more joy, and more peace with money.
